INSIDE SALES

• Process inbound telephone Sales Transactions.
• Support Outside Sales/Counter Sales activities.
• Prepare computer-generated Sales Tickets.
• Pick items from the warehouse to complete Walk-In Sales transactions.
• Advise customers on lighting products and supplies offered for sale.
• Working knowledge of light bulbs, ballasts, fixtures, and fixture parts required.
• Be able to work independently and efficiently.

COUNTER SALES

• Conduct walk-in sales transactions.
• Prepare computer generated Sales Tickets.
• Pick items from the warehouse to complete Walk-In Sales transactions.
• Advise customers on products and supplies offered for sale.
• Maintain and stock merchandise displays in the Counter Sales area.
• Working knowledge of Light Bulbs, Ballasts, Fixtures, and Fixture parts required.
• Be able to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide customers with exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.

OUTSIDE SALES

• Develop & maintain customer relationships through visits to client job sites and corporate offices.
• Conduct off-site sales transactions.
• Prepare computer generated Sales Tickets.
• Prepare computer generated Bid Proposals and advise customers on lighting products and supplies offered for sale.
• Working knowledge of Light Bulbs, Ballasts, Fixtures, and Fixture parts required.
• Be able to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide customers with exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience as an outside or inside salesrep.

CLERICAL

• Perform general filing.
• Operate basic office equipment (fax machine / mailing machine / copy machine / Etc.).
• Provide assistance to the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments.
• Working knowledge of Light Bulbs, Ballasts, Fixtures, and Fixture parts helpful but not required.
• Be able to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide customers with exceptional customer service.

DELIVERY DRIVER

• Maintain company vehicle(s).
• Load light bulbs, ballasts, fixtures and fixture parts onto company trucks.
• Deliver material to customer sites as necessary.
• Ensure goods are transported safely and accurately.
• Record and obtain receipts of materials.
• Valid and current Florida drivers license.
• Clean driving record required.
• Familiarity with Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, Sarasota, and Manatee Counties is a plus.
• Experience with medium size trucks and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
• Working knowledge of Light Bulbs, Ballasts, Fixtures, and Fixture parts helpful but not required.
• Be able to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide customers with exceptional customer service.

WAREHOUSE

• Proper storage of all goods.
• Pull material for delivery and load material onto company trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Valid and current Florida drivers license.
• Clean driving record required.
• Familiarity with Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, Sarasota, and Manatee Counties is a plus.

• Working knowledge of Light Bulbs, Ballasts, Fixtures, and Fixture parts required.
• Be able to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide customers with exceptional customer service.
