Estimated Shipping Charges
The shipping charges calculated on the Frontier Lighting website are estimated. Frontier Lighting makes every effort to adhere to the charges that are calculated, however, Frontier Lighting reserves the right to adjust the estimated shipping charge. This change could be due to unforeseen circumstances such as product size (dimensions), shipping (ship-to) location(s), over-pack carton requirements, etc. If the change does not increase the estimated shipping charge by more than $10.00, the changes will be added without notification. If the shipping charges must be increased by more than $10.00, you will be notified before the order is shipped and given the option of accepting or declining the order.
Free Local Delivery Policy
Frontier Lighting provides Free Local Deliver to designated areas withinFlorida to pre-established approved commercial accounts.
Frontier Lighting uses common carriers for shipping convenience, large items or orders that can not be shipped via a common ground service. Frontier Lighting reserves the right to use our own discretion as to what carrier we use.
Depending on the method of delivery, some products require overpack wrap to prevent damage during shipment. Additional packaging fees may apply to any items 36” or longer.

Air Freight Shipments
Frontier Lighting can ship your order via UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express or other applicable carrier. Air shipments must be prepaid or we will require your shipper number with the carrier to process your order. Please enter your account information and your carrier information into the shipping instructions on the “shipping information” page located during your checkout process. Shipping and handling charges are NON REFUNDABLE.
What does Frontier Lighting mean by "Best Way"shipping?
You’ll have noticed that “Best Way” is Frontier Lighting's shipping option. We use primarily UPS and US Postal Service along with other carriers on a regular basis. Each of them offers a variety of services and options and it would be impossible to list all of the choices.
We look at all the factors involved– the value of the order, where it’s going, how it will be packed– and then we select the best mode in terms of economy, delivery time, and the risk of loss or damage. It sounds complicated, but we’ve been doing this for more than a two decades and the “Best Way” is immediately obvious to us when we process your order.
The "Best Way" will usually be the least expensive, but not always. As with all of our products, we try to give you the best value for money in shipment.
Every order we take is processed for delivery as quickly as possible. Shipments to businesses within Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, Sarasota, and Manatee Counties in Florida may arrive by Frontier Lighting local delivery truck or Best Way. Orders shipped outside of the local delivery area will be sent "Best Way". We reserve the right to use our own discretion, as to which carrier is to be used on any shipment. When this occurs, we strive to maintain or improve upon the delivery service originally promised. Orders shipped via commercial freight carrier are FOB. Clearwater, FL or Bradenton, FL, with freight charges pre-paid and added to the billing invoice as specified by the Buyer. (Note: Orders weighing over 60 pounds or having considerable bulk may be split into multiple parcels, when appropriate. Additional handling fees may be added for parcels 36” or longer.) Our standard method of shipping orders within the continental US is via UPS Ground service. Items over 48” may need to be delivered via a common carrier due to size.

Frontier Lighting at its discretion may substitute items of equivalent function to avoid lengthy back orders, to replace discontinued items, or in an effort to maintain the displayed prices.
Request for returns must be made within 7 days of noted delivery by the carrier. Merchandise will not be considered for return and credit unless you (the buyer) have prior written approval from Frontier Lighting. *Merchandise that has been installed or used will not be accepted for return. All freight charges for returned merchandise must be prepaid by the shipper. Merchandise returned to Frontier Lighting without an RGA number will be refused or discarded and no credit issued. To send back a return an RGA number must be referenced on the shipment back to Frontier Lighting. In the event of a return or exchange, Frontier Lighting has the right to levy a restocking fee, deny the return, or issue an exchange on a product. *Special order products that are not in stock at time of order are Non Returnable.
All return merchandise is subject to inspection before any credit is approved.

Damage and Shortage Claims
Any damage by UPS should be accepted by you and reported to Frontier Lighting the same day the packages are received.
Any concealed damage and/or shortage must be reported to Frontier Lighting within 3 days of delivery.
Common Carrier Shipments:
Frontier Lighting uses common carriers for shipping convenience, large items or orders that can not be shipped via a common ground service. Any damage or shortages must be notated immediately on the freight bill or bill of lading with the carrier company. It must be signed by the delivering driver the notations. You need to then file a claim with that carrier for shortage(s) and/or damage of material delivered.
Frontier Lighting passes responsibility of delivery to the carrier at the time of pickup at our warehouse. Losses of items during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. Frontier Lighting will provide you with a tracking or PRO number and a contact number for the carrier. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and notify them of the loss and or damage.
Any concealed damage must be reported to the Freight carrier within 3 days of delivery.
Any concealed shortage must be reported to Frontier Lighting within 3 days of delivery.
NOTE: ALL MATERIALS NEED TO BE SIGNED FOR AS A PIECE COUNT AND NOT BY THE PALLET.
Shipping Inside of the 48 Contiguous States
Frontier Lighting ships orders via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day and USPS if required. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. Due to the necessity of extra packaging materials/methods on some items, surcharges may be added to products that are 36” or longer. Fees for any shipment other than UPS GROUND service will be calculated once the items you have ordered are packaged, weighed, and measured. We reserve the right to use our own discretion, as to which carrier is to be used on any shipment. Shipping and Handling charges are NON REFUNDABLE.
Shipping Outside of the 48 Contiguous States
The cost of this service will be determined at the time of shipping, based on the weight and dimensions of the box and the shipping location. We reserve the right to use our own discretion, as to which carrier is to be used on any shipment. You will be notified of the freight charges before the order will be accepted.
